The DAG is now organizing a couple more panel presentations: One involving scientists on the environmental and public health impacts of drilling and one involving representatives from the Texas Rail Road Commission and the Texas Comission on Environmental Quality on the regulatory landscape of drilling.
What else should we be doing? What would you like to learn about? Comment here if you have suggestions. Thanks!

DAG First Event is a Big Success
Nearly 100 people were in attendance for the panel discussion featuring Calvin Tillman, Deborah Rogers, Tammi Vajda, and Jim Bradbury. The talks were informative, the crowd was engaged, and it was an educational and civil evening. I have posted links to their presentations on a new "DAG Events" page on this blog.
The Denton Record Chronicle made another mention of the event.
Now it is time to turn out in big numbers for Thursday's meeting, hosted by the official city task force.
