Either the word is still not out or they chose to accept the risk of living next to gas wells. Wonder if their sales agreements could be used as proof in the pending lawsuit? I didn't ask if they paid more or less than DCAD thinks they are worth.Benhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04519481971702906046noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5354570505974016585.post-32077520252865868182014-02-22T15:12:43.125-08:002014-02-22T15:12:43.125-08:00Let's call it Corporate Terrorism. And, yes I agree with you there. Ultimately this mess will require some involvement from the courts. As always, I appreciate your critical voice - prodding us all to think about this from different angles. <br />Adamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05658985227327961661noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5354570505974016585.post-55918345996818680952014-02-21T06:00:20.268-08:002014-02-21T06:00:20.268-08:00My mistake! That being said, I think that makes it more likely to be challenged in court & most council members seem to agree.Benhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04519481971702906046noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5354570505974016585.post-63953185029903410932014-02-20T14:33:13.736-08:002014-02-20T14:33:13.736-08:00That is for the courts to decide - the ordinance a...That is for the courts to decide - the ordinance as written applies to any future hydraulic fracturing.
