Rogue Wells in Denton?

This Wednesday, 6:30 p.m. in City Hall, the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear about two wells on the Southern edge of UNT campus. Click here and look at agenda item 5b. These are not new wells.  These wells have been in operation since 2009 even though the city has been aware that they never received an SUP (specific use permit). The meeting is open to the public and citizens can sign-up for a three-minute speaking slot if they wish to comment.
